Regular cleaning covers basic tasks like sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms and the kitchen. Deep cleaning is more detailed, including areas like baseboards, behind furniture, inside cabinets, and more.
For the first cleaning we bring our own products unless specified otherwise. Every cleaning after our clients should have their own products for us to use during our cleaning.
Some clients prefer to leave us a key or tell us the passcode for a keypad. If you prefer to be home you can also do that. Remember we are here to give you more time to do your own things so it is up to you what you decide.
Yes, we are insured for the protection of both our clients and staff. In the event of any damage or accident, you are covered.
It depends on the size of the home and the type of cleaning. A regular cleaning for an average-sized apartment takes around 2 to 3 hours. Deep cleanings may take longer.
We offer free statements.
Payments can be check, cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
We offer weekly, every other week, or once a month cleanings.
